“未见之伴”是一个面向社区护理与志愿互助的设计研究项目，旨在回应中国家庭中“隐形照护”所带来的沉重负担。项目通过 医院走廊沉浸式展览 与 社区互助应用 的结合，将“看不见的照护压力”转化为可见、可分享、可回应的社会议题。
展览部分通过日常物件与灯光的互动，唤起观众对护理者的共情，并引导他们下载并加入 N.Alone 应用。在应用中，护理者可以清晰地表达需求、管理请求；志愿者则能通过地图和列表发现身边的护理者，提供陪伴、跑腿、技术协助等支持。整个流程注重 信任建立：身份认证、透明记录、反馈机制和在地化网络，共同保障护理者与志愿者之间的可靠互助。
“未见之伴”不仅是一个设计概念，更是一种社会介入：它让瞬间的情感共鸣得以延续，转化为日常的持续支持，逐渐构建起一个 温暖而可持续的社区关怀网络。
 “Unseen but Not Alone” is a design research project on community caregiving and volunteer mutual support, addressing the heavy burden caused by the “invisible caregiving” within Chinese families. By combining an immersive hospital corridor exhibition with a community support app, the project transforms the unseen weight of caregiving into a visible, shareable, and actionable social concern.
The exhibition, through the interplay of everyday objects and lighting, evokes empathy for caregivers and guides visitors to download and join the N.Alone app. Within the app, caregivers can clearly express their needs and manage requests, while volunteers can discover nearby caregivers via map and list views, offering companionship, errand running, technical assistance, and more. The entire flow emphasizes building trust: verified identities, transparent records, feedback mechanisms, and localized networks together ensure reliable mutual support between caregivers and volunteers.
“ Unseen but Not Alone ” is not just a design concept but a form of social intervention: it extends moments of emotional resonance into continuous everyday support, gradually building a warm and sustainable community care network.
